Astrid (5'5" 165) and Etta (5'9" 170) do tandem gymwork, pushing some impressive weight, including 250 pound benches, 140 pound curls, etc. In addition to the gymwork both women pose in bikinis and dresses and Etta is interviewed. Etta, who was from Florida, and the Canadian Astrid, both did well in the top nationals shows
